How long will it take to receive my order?
All Queztion of Character pieces are made to order during our 72-hour preorder window.
If you're having your order shipped, expect delivery within 4–6 weeks after the order is processed. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Quality takes time—thank you for being part of the Custom Condition.
What is your return policy?
Because all Queztion of Character products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each piece is produced with intention, printed just for you, and part of a limited capsule.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the wrong size or item, please contact us at quezcustomskc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

All garments are made to order, which means we avoid mass production and excess waste. Every piece is printed specifically for you, not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be tossed.
We prioritize quality that lasts and design with purpose, so nothing is disposable. As we grow, we’re exploring more sustainable blank options and eco-conscious packaging—because if it’s custom, it should also be conscious.
